Dramatic footage has emerged of a funnel cloud forming over Hamburg, Germany, during a strong storm near the city. <br /><br />The video, filmed this week, shows what appears to be a tornado swirling over a house.<br /><br />According to local media, the storm caused roofs to fly off houses and flooded some basements. <br /><br />Meteorologists have not yet declared whether the storm was in fact a tornado.
