A dramatic video has emerged of firefighters rescuing a man left dangling outside a high rise building.<br /><br />The footage, filmed in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province on Monday, shows the worker being pulled onto the top of the building by firefighters. <br /><br />According to local reports, the man was working on outside lighting when the rope holding him got stuck and left him hanging from the top of the building.
