A bizarre video has emerged from China of a man sticking an old ticket on his car to avoid getting a new fine.<br /><br />The CCTV footage, captured late last month in Dalian, Liaoning Province, shows a man sticking a parking ticket on his car window after parking in a restricted area.<br /><br />After around ten minutes, the man comes back to his vehicle and takes the ticket back with smile on his face.<br /><br />According to reports, police took pictures of his illegal parking as evidence and he was fined 10 GBP.<br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++
