Xiao's Kitchen - Welcomes you to our cooking channel. <br />Recipe for: Asian Spicy Lamb & Cumin <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />400g Lamb Fillet <br />1 Onion <br />2 Cloves Garlic <br />1cm Ginger <br />5 Stems Coriander <br />1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes <br />1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds <br />2 Tbsp Unsalted Roasted Peanuts <br />3 Tbsp Cornflour <br />1 Tbsp Soy Sauce <br />Salt to Taste <br /> <br />Methods: <br /> 1. Finely chop the ginger, garlic and coriander <br /> 2. Cut the onion into small cubes <br /> 3. Cut the lamb into small cubes, place into a mixing bowl and toss with cornflour <br /> 4. Heat 1 litre of oil in the wok until smoking hot <br /> 5. Place the lamb into the wok and deep fry for 3 minutes, remove from oil and drain <br /> 6. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the wok <br /> 7. Add the chilli flakes, cumin seeds, peanuts, garlic, ginger and onion. Fry for few seconds until fragrant <br /> 8. Add the lamb, soy sauce, salt to your taste – stir fry for 2 minutes <br /> 9. Add coriander and stir <br /> 10.
