Xiao's Kitchen - Welcomes you to our cooking channel. <br />Recipe for: Chinese Sesame Ribs <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />200g Ribs <br />2 Spring Onions <br />5g Ginger <br />3 Cloves Garlic <br />1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds <br />5g Sugar <br />1 Tbsp Vinegar <br />1 Tbsp Cooking Wine <br />1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce <br />Salt to Taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> 1. Finely chop the spring onions, ginger and garlic. <br /> 2. Add the ribs into a pan of boiling water and boil for 20 minutes. <br /> 3. Remove the ribs and drain. <br /> 4. Then place the ribs into a pan of hot oil. <br /> 5. Fry for 3 – 5 minutes until golden then remove and drain. <br /> 6. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a pan. Add spring onion, ginger and garlic. Fry for few seconds. <br /> 7. Add water, salt, sugar, vinegar, cooking wine and soy sauce. <br /> 8. Add the ribs and cook until the liquid has evaporated. <br /> 9. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the ribs and stir. <br /> 10.
