Xiao's Kitchen - Welcomes you to our cooking channel. <br />Recipe for: Quail Eggs in a Pig Sty <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />10 quail eggs <br />200g mince pork <br />2 spring onions <br />0.5cm ginger root <br />1 Tsp Chinese cooking wine <br />Half Tsp ground Sichuan pepper <br />1 Tbsp oil <br />1 Tbsp cornflour <br />10ml chicken stock <br />50g breadcrumbs <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> 1. Boil the quail eggs for 2 minutes then peel off the shell. <br /> 2. Finely chop the spring onions and ginger. <br /> 3. Place mince pork in a mixing bowl. <br /> 4. Add spring onion, ginger, Sichuan pepper, cooking wine, oil, salt, stock, cornflour. Mix all ingredients well. <br /> 5. Take 1 and half Tbsp of the mixture, flatten it with the palm of your hands. <br /> 6. Place 1 quail egg in the middle of the mixture, fold and roll with your hand to form a ball - ensure an even coverage of the egg. <br /> 7. Place onto a dish and continue with this method. <br /> 8.
