A video has emerged of firefighters cutting handcuffs off a man's wrists. <br /><br />The video, captured in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province on Monday, shows the firefighters using pliers to try to open the cuffs.<br /><br />According to reports, something went wrong with the handcuffs and police were unable to open them.
