Xiao's Kitchen - Welcomes you to our cooking channel. <br />Recipe for: Glutinous Rice & Pork Meatballs <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />100g glutinous rice <br />200g lean mince pork <br />1 carrot <br />2 spring onions <br />0.5cm ginger <br />1 egg <br />1 Tbsp sugar <br />2 Tbsp oyster sauce <br />Salt to your taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> 1. Soak the glutinous rice in cold water for 2 to 3 hours. <br /> 2. Cut the carrot into small cubes – as small as you can. <br /> 3. Finely chop the spring onions and ginger. <br /> 4. Place the pork, carrot, spring onions, ginger, salt, egg and oyster sauce into a mixing bowl. <br /> 5. Mix all the ingredients together. <br /> 6. Take 1 Tbsp of mixture and roll with your hand to form a ball, place onto a dish. <br /> 7. Remove glutinous rice from water and drain, Place onto a dish. <br /> 8. Roll each meat ball in the rice ensuring an even coverage. Then place onto a dish for steaming. <br /> 9.
