Footage has emerged from London, UK of the A13 Movers Lane underpass in Barking flooded following overnight thunderstorms. <br /><br />The video, filmed at around 6am this morning by a passerby, shows the road is completely blocked by water, leaving at least one car stranded. <br /><br />The filmer later wrote online: "The heavy rains flooded the underpass with a couple of cars stuck in there. <br /><br />"This caused major set backs and I am told now the road is still shut off."<br /><br />"Seems like, whatever weather attacks us, it brings the country to a standstill," he continued.
