Footage of a police cordon in New Zealand after a manhunt was launched in Palmerston North this morning. <br /><br />According to local reports, police tried to stop a driver who had warrants out for his arrest, but the suspect fled the scene. <br /><br />Police and armed officers have reportedly cordoned off the area as they continue to search for the individual. <br /><br />Schools inside the restricted zone are 'taking all action to keep pupils safe.'
