Dramatic footage has emerged from China, of firefighters rescuing a four-year-old boy standing on the edge of a balcony.<br /><br />The video, captured in Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Tuesday, shows a firefighter climbing down a rope ladder onto the third floor to pull to boy to safety.<br /><br />Reports say the boy climbed out of the balcony as he was looking for his mother and could not find her.
