<br />It was an absolute pleasure to visit Kathmandu, Nepal last year to present a workshop for 300 people. Most of the audience were young students in the early stages of their career. Sharing with them how the school conditions us to think & behave in a certain way. We can't teach the things which we don't know, we can only teach things which we know. Still most business schools have teachers who teach business without having any real experience of business. What an irony of life? To learn the real life skills we need real mentors someone who is a living embodiment of his/her teachings. Our dreams lie out the comfort zone so staying in the box will not help achieve our dreams.
