Garden Ring: Moscow’s concrete jungle to be transformed

Russia's capital is encircled by a 16 lane-wide road known as the Garden Ring. <br />Ironically, it is mostly a concrete jungle with hardly a plant in sight.<br />But things are about to change.<br />Al Jazeera's Rory Challands reports from Moscow.
