Dramatic footage has emerged of first responders rescuing a man who fell into a cave in Land's End off the coast of San Francisco, USA.<br /><br />The video, captured on Friday, shows the rescue crew using a ladder to climb down into the cave to where the stricken man is located.<br /><br />According to the filmer, the man's girlfriend and other friends could hear him calling for help, but were unable to locate him. <br /><br />Rescue crews were then called, who managed to successfully bring the man out of the tight crevice. <br /><br />Describing the rescue operation, the filmer wrote "at first they tried to rescue the man at the place where he fell from, but it proved to be too dangerous."<br /><br />"I did see the rescued man after he was brought up. He was all bloody, and had a dislocated shoulder, and cried with pain, but managed to say he was sorry," she added.
