An elderly man was rescued after hanging precariously from a clothes rack on the eighth floor at a HDB block in Tampines. The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) responded to a rescue call at 3.35pm on Monday (July 11) at Block 410 Tampines Street 41.
