Islamic State has claimed responsibility Saturday for the truck attack in Nice that killed 84 people, wounded more than 200 and brought carnage to a Bastille Day fireworks celebration on Thursday night.<br />The Islamic State did not refer to the suspect by name, saying only that a "soldier of the Islamic State" carried out the operation.
