Why Jehovah's Witnesses Are Not Called Jesus' Witnesses? <br /> <br />The scriptures read: <br /> <br />-Salvation found only in the name of Jesus. <br />"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:12 <br /> <br />-Demons are cast out in the name of Jesus. <br />"And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour." Acts 16:18 <br /> <br />-Persecuted for Jesus' name sake. <br />"And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." Mark 13:13 <br /> <br />- People are healed in Jesus' name. <br />"Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk." Acts 3:6 <br /> <br />-They preached Jesus Christ <br />"And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ."
