A stunning video has emerged of flower-like ice crystals on a frozen river in Russia. <br /><br />The footage, shot earlier this year, shows the beautiful phenomenon on the Tara River. <br /><br />According to the filmer, the 'frost flowers' "only form when the air is a lot colder than the water/ice surface".
