A cute video has emerged of a cat with hind legs that "don't work" struggling to climb a staircase in Washington, USA.<br /><br />The footage, shot earlier this month, shows Scooter trying to get upstairs and finally reaching the top after an outstanding amount of effort. <br /><br />"Scooter's hind legs don't work, but that doesn't stop her from climbing the stairs," the filmer later wrote online.
