TIRANA, ALBANIA — Footage posted to the Internet shows the moment a man identified as Cenaj Lefter set a patient on fire in an hospital in Tirana, Albania on Monday. <br /> <br />Lefter can be seen preparing in the corner of the room, seeming to remove something from a bag. The remorseless arsonist then walks up to his victim, identified as D. Saraci, pours a bottle of fuel over him and then lights him up. <br /> <br />The fire quickly engulfed the ward, killing Lefter and two other patients. According to reports, Saraci is still in critical condition and fighting for his life.
