In the wake of the vote to leave the European Union, some in Britain are reporting a surge in racist taunts, threats and worse.<br />On a passenger train in Manchester, two teenagers and an adult were arrested after verbally abusing other passengers about their ethnicity.<br />Some Londoners are hoping to promote tolerance. Meanwhile politicians have denounced the attacks, likening racist language to xenophobia. Immigration was a big issue in the EU vote.
