But since it is difficult to have tandoor at home, I will be making them in my oven. <br />Ingredients: <br />1 Kg jumbo prawn (7-8)tandoori prawn <br />Hung Curd: 100gm <br />Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp <br />Kashmiri red chilli powder: 2 tbsp <br />Cumin powder: 1 tbsp. <br />Coriander powder: 1 tbsp. <br />Garam masala powder: 1tsp <br />Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp <br />Kasouri methi or Dry fenugreek leaves: 1 tbsp <br />Fresh cream: 2 tbsp <br />Salt to taste <br />Mustard oil: 3 tbsp <br />Butter for basting
