An expressway in northwest China's Gansu Province has to close down to traffic temporarily as a downpour-induced flash flood has got two kilometers of it under half meters of flood water for Wednesday. <br /> <br />Local traffic authorities have to stand guard and help divert traffic flows at both ends of that submerged section of the expressway. <br /> <br />Traffic has already resumed on that section after the flood water has receded later on Wednesday.
