Donald Trump said at a rally on Wednesday that once he becomes president, police officers will no longer be shot on the job.<br />"We're not going to shoot our police.<br />We're not shooting our police," he said.<br />"It's never been so dangerous to be a policeman or woman.<br />It's never been so dangerous."<br />Trump referenced the ambush-style shootings that killed five officers in Dallas last month and three in Louisiana, and promised an end to the violence, the Washington Post reported.<br />"We're going to be law and order.<br />It's going to stop."<br />he said.
