Shocking footage has emerged from China of a man armed with a knife hijacking a woman's scooter. <br /><br />The video, captured in Weinan, Shaanxi Province on Tuesday, shows the man climbing over the central reservation before jumping on the back of the woman's bike. <br /><br />He then pushes her off and when she tries to fight back he appears to pull out a knife. <br /><br />According to local reports, the man has since been arrested.
