"Wuthering Heights" by Emily Bronte was first published in 1847 under the pseudonym 'Ellis Bell.' <br /> <br />Bronte passed away at the age of thirty the following year. Her sister, Charlotte Bronte, edited the manuscript of "Wuthering Heights" and got it published in the second edition in 1850.
