Hillary Clinton is enlisting undocumented "Dreamers" for a new voter registration campaign targeting sympathetic voters with warnings that a Donald Trump presidency may result in their deportation.
The registration program announced Sunday is called "Mi Sueño, Tu Voto/My Dream, Your Vote."
As many as 730,000 known as Dreamers are barred from voting.
However, they still remain a powerful voice in politics and the Clinton campaign hopes that will be enough to put her over the top in the race for the White House.
Organizers hope to remind voters that a Trump presidency would end the Dreamer program, which is already at risk after a June Supreme Court effectively killed Obama's efforts to grant legal status to the roughly 11 million immigrants living in the U.S. illegally.
The program is part of an aggressive effort by Clinton's campaign to garner the votes from the record 27.3 million Latinos eligible to cast ballots in 2016.
