Nepal, Aug 17 (ANI): Indian Ambassador to Nepal Ranjit Rae on Thursday revealed the purpose behind Nepal Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Bimalendra Nidhi’s visit to India. Speaking at an interaction program organized by Reporters Club, Rae said that Nidhi’s India visit will focus on inviting President Pranab Mukherjee to Nepal and discuss the preparations for newly elected Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s visit to New Delhi. “DPM Nidhi will hold high-level talks with the top leaders of India. The visit has three main purpose which includes President Pranab Mukherjee’s invitation to Nepal. Second, discussions will be done on Nepal Prime Minister’s visit to New Delhi and third is Nepal President’s visit which earlier got cancelled due to some reason might get a date.” Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had invited his Nepal counterpart for an official visit to India. Rae added that India, as a good neighbor, was ready to help Nepal for economic development.
