As political and economic change brings Burma out of the shadows, people are still migrating to Thailand in record numbers.<br /><br />50,000 Burmese migrant children are living in the border province of Tak, but in the 2014-2015 school year, only 13,000 enrolled in class.<br /><br />This documentary finds many such children working in Thailand's agricultural sector to help their parents put food on the table. DVB speak to a Burmese government official, an education NGO, a community leader and the children themselves. Each told DVB that development and democracy promised by Myanmar's leaders has not reached the children working in Thailand's agricultural sector.
