Firefighters are making progress on the Blue Cut fire in the hills above San Bernardino, California which destroyed 96 home and 213 other structures, officials said Saturday.<br />Meanwhile, a new fire broke out in rural Santa Barbara County, quickly surging to about 200 acres and prompting the evacuation of a pair of campgrounds.
