An impressive video has emerged from China of a waterspout forming on a reservoir in Dalian, Liaoning Province.<br /><br />The footage, captured last week, shows whirlwind creating a circle on the surface of the water. <br /><br />According to reports, this rare phenomenon lasted for 20 seconds and travelled 50 metres.
