It's already known that Britney Spears will make her MTV Video Music Awards comeback for the first time in 10 years.<br />But now the pop-star admits she's nervous, "Every time I've performed there it's always been one of those really big, nerve-racking experiences and the people that come, those celebrities, are so much fun and different...
