DRAMMEN, NORWAY — A Norwegian man got trapped waist-high in excrement last week after jumping into a toilet in a bid to rescue his buddy’s dropped phone. <br /> <br />According to Norwegian newspaper Verdens Gang, Cato Berntsen Larsen dove into the poop chute last Friday after he and his friend determined he was the slimmer of the two. <br /> <br />“I was obviously slim enough to get into it, but not slim enough to get out. I was down there for one hour, and it was very unpleasant,” the 20-year-old was quoted in local newspaper Drammens Tidende. <br /> <br />The toilet itself isn’t connected to a sewer, and instead has a large tank that’s emptied once annually, reported Verdens Gang. <br /> <br />“It was disgusting as hell.” Larsen said, “Animals were down there too. I will never enter a toilet again.” <br /> <br />Firemen were called into yank Larsen out of the crapper and he later was taken to hospital where he was treated for some minor wounds. <br /> <br />But in the end, the crap chute dive wasn’t all for nothing as he reportedly got his buddy’s phone back.
