SIGNES, FRANCE — Workers at a Coca-Cola factory in France have discovered a huge stash of smuggled cocaine.

French prosecutors said none of the workers are under suspicion, but they are investigating who sent the drugs, which were in bags hidden in a shipment of orange juice concentrate from Central America, Reuters reported.

The haul of Andean marching powder weighed 370 kilos, and had a street value of 50 million euros, which is about $55 million US dollars.

It was sent from Costa Rica and arrived at the factory in Signes, southern France on August 26.

It’s widely rumored that the original 1886 recipe for Coca-Cola contained traces of cocaine. But Coca-Cola has always denied its products ever contained anything to give them an extra kick.

The seizure at the factory is one of the biggest ever discoveries of cocaine in France. Investigators were trying to sniff out some leads to find out who sent it.
