A dramatic video has emerged of a police car crashing into a tree as the officers chase another vehicle. <br /><br />The dashcam footage, shot earlier this month near St Petersburg, Russia, shows the moment the squad car loses control and ends up smashing into a tree after clipping a telephone pole.
