An unusual video has emerged from Malaysia of an Uber driver drawing upon a bizarre conspiracy theory in an attempt to explain the cause of traffic jams. <br /><br />The footage, captured by a tourist in Kuala Lumpur, records the arcane explanation given by the driver about what, and who, causes the city's bad traffic. <br /><br />The driver can be heard explaining that the illuminati, who are also lizards, are the cause of traffic because they like to create "negative energy".<br /><br />The passenger can be heard feigning astonishment as the driver goes on to claim that Queen Elizabeth II is also a lizard.
