PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) has confiscated some P 4.5-million worth of gun parts smuggled from the United States. This was during the arrest of a suspect identified as Bryan Tal-Ala and his underling, Wilford Palma.The two were nabbed on August 6 at Villa Cristina Subdivision in Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City. Palma and the confiscated firearms were presented to the media at the PNP Headquarters in Camp Crame on Thursday. Tal-Ala is confined at an intensive care unit of a hospital in Bacolod City due to hypertension.
