Pasquale Galasso - Pat Galo - was born in Newark, New Jersey in 1938 and is considered by many to be one of the greatest Lounge Entertainers of his generation. After learning to play the trumpet and joining several bands in school Pat Galo later formed a five piece band called the Hi-Lads. The group utilized synchronized dance moves, comedy routines, and did impressions. So successful was the band that the Hi-Lads earned the honor of Las Vegas Lounge Act Of The Year several times. The group, and Pat as a solo artist, signed recording contracts with Columbia, Epic, RCA, and Charlie Parker records.
