SAO PAULO, BRAZIL — A Brazilian actor obsessed with plastic surgery has ignored warning by experts and had two ribs his removed to get closer to his goal of looking like a real-life Ken doll. <br /> <br />Insecure about his appearence, 28-year-old Mauricio Galdi was looking for a plastic surgeon to remove his ribs, the Daily Star reported. <br /> <br />Mauricio traveled to the U.S. to meet surgeons Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif of the TV show Botched. After examining him, they said the procedure would be too dangerous. <br /> <br />So Mauricio, who told the Star he only works with the “best” doctors, found a surgeon in Brazil who agreed to perform the operation. <br /> <br />Now, after chest implants, four nose jobs, liposuction, and his latest procedure, Mauricio is close to being satisfied, he told the Star. <br /> <br />He says his days of going under the knife in search of that perfect look are will soon come to an end. “I know if I do more things I'll lose my personality and my control,” he told the Star. “I'd look like a turkey and not like a Ken.”
