A shocking video has emerged from China of a motorist reversing into a scooter driver as he tries to avoid a police check. <br /><br />In the CCTV footage, filmed in Hefei, Anhui Province, China last Wednesday, a Mercedes-Benz can be seen reversing at high speed as two policemen, who reportedly were conducting breath tests, run after the car. <br /><br />The motorist reportedly surrendered to the police and the scooter driver was taken to hospital.
