RAINBOW HEART CAKE Surprise Inside Valentine's Dessert My Cupcake Addiction + Nestle Toll House <br /> <br />lover’s, lovers, love, valentine, day, valentine’s, happy, treat, sweet, finger, pick-up, pickup, traditional, entertaining, entertain, snack, dinner, supper, party, lunch, brunch, channel, youtube, cooking, food, comfort, southern, baking, oven, bake, cook, style, made, home, homestyle, youtube's, kentucky, ever, best, perfect <br /> <br />Here's the full recipe to recreate this amazing cake :) <br /> <br />For the vanilla rainbow cake: <br />(this is a SINGLE batch of my vanilla cake and you need two of them) <br /> <br />Cook Time - 15-20 minutes @175c / 350f <br />260g / 9oz Plain flour, sifted <br />225g / 8oz Caster sugar (USA - granulated) <br />250g / 8.8oz Butter, softened <br />110g / 3.8oz Whole milk <br />3 x 65g/2.2oz Eggs, room temperature (ex-large) <br />40g / 1.4oz Vegetable oil <br />3 tsp Baking powder <br />1 tsp vanilla extract (or essence) <br />Instructions <br />Place butter, sugar, vanilla, oil and eggs into a mixing bowl <br />Beat on high speed with an electric mixer (whisk or paddle attachment) until ingredients are well combined and appear light and fluffy (approx 1 -2 minutes) <br />Combine baking powder and flour together and stir <br />Add flour, baking powder and milk to creamed mixture <br />Beat on high speed until flour is completely mixed through (approx. 30 seconds - 1 minute) <br />Divide evenly into 6 bowls and colour in 6 vibrant, bright colours before placing each colour into a separate snap seal bag <br />Follow instructions as per video to create your rainbow striped love hearts! <br /> <br />For the Chocolate Bundt Cake: <br />Oven Temp: 175c / 350f <br />4oz Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels <br />100ml whipping cream <br />340g / 12oz Plain flour, sifted <br />315g / 11oz Caster sugar (USA - granulated) <br />225g / 8oz Butter, softened (eqv. 2 sticks) <br />225g / 8oz Water, room temperature <br />55g / 2oz Nestle Toll House Cocoa Powder <br />3 x 65g/2.2oz Eggs, room temperature (ex-large) <br />40g / 1.4oz Vegetable oil <br />4 tsp Baking powder <br />2tsp Vanilla <br />Instructions <br />Combine baking powder and flour together and stir to combine <br />Add sugar, butter, water, eggs, cocoa, oil and vanilla and beat on low speed with an electric mixer using a whisk or paddle attachment until all ingredients are just combined <br />Beat on high speed until mixture lightens in colour and becomes fluffy (approx. 1.5 - 2 minutes) <br />Combine Nestle Toll House Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels with 100ml whipping cream and microwave on 30 second intervals, stirring in between until you have a silky chocolate river <br />Fold chocolate mixture through cake batter beating on a low speed to combine <br /> <br />For the Chocolate Ganache frosting <br />8oz Nestle Toll House Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels <br />200ml whipping cream <br />Instructions: <br />Combine Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels with 200ml whipping cream and microwave on 30 second intervals, stirring in between until you have a silky chocolate river <br />Spoon over warm chocolate bundt cake, allowing to drizzle down the sides and pool in the centre.
