Shocking footage has emerged from China of a runaway driver dragging a policeman along the road on the bonnet of his car to avoid being inspected at a checkpoint. <br /><br />The CCTV video, filmed in Qingdao, Shandong Province last Saturday, shows the car suddenly speeding up and driving off, leaving the office stuck on the bonnet. <br /><br />The driver eventually stopped because the policeman didn't let go. <br /><br />He and his girlfriend, who was in the passenger seat, were later arrested. <br /><br />Both were banned from driving, fined and briefly detained in custody. <br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++
