Shocking footage has emerged of a man lying severely injured on the grass beneath a multistory building after he fell out the window. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province last Sunday, shows the injured man lying on the lawn, while paramedics give him first aid before carrying him to the ambulance. <br /><br />According to local reports, he hit one of the walls with a sledge hammer, it got stuck and flung him out the window. <br /><br />Fortunately, despite having severe injuries, he is reportedly on the mend in hospital.
