http://www.modernkitchenpros.com <br /> <br />So here's the breakdown on IKEA installing kitchens or not... <br /> <br />Yes and... <br /> <br />No... <br /> <br />The IKEA Corp does not install kitchens themselves... <br /> <br />They actually have a "certified" company that they use, often times for each country they're located in, to install kitchen on their behalf... <br /> <br />Essentially IKEA refers you to a 3rd party company that handles the installation.. BUT, that 3rd party company, at least the last time we checked, subs out your installation to another party... <br /> <br />It's 2 times removed from the IKEA corp... <br /> <br />Now, there's also alternatives... <br /> <br />We've been installing IKEA kitchen for the last 5 years (500+ kitchens and counting in our home location)... And we've begun building out a national network of contractors to help us service our national clients... Now if you find one of our contractors, perfect! <br /> <br />But if not, no worries... There's usually someone close by to every IKEA location that does installation... <br /> <br />And trust me, before you hire just any contractor, make sure they have a TON of IKEA kitchen experience... <br /> <br />We've seen contractors take WEEKS to install 20 cabinets...
