Target said Monday that it plans to hire 70,000 seasonal team members across its stores and another 7,500 workers for its distribution and fulfillment facilities for the 2016 holiday season.<br />In the period from November through late January, many retailers make up to 30 percent of their sales and profits for the entire year.
