Footage has emerged of people basking in 30 degree temperatures at an artificial beach next to the river Thames. <br /><br />The video, captured on Tuesday, shows people relaxing by Southbank's 'CopaCabana Beach' - a homage to the original in Rio. <br /><br />According to local reports, a 'hot weather warning' has been issued by Public Health England for the next few days.
