Dramatic footage has emerged of an injured climber being rescued off the sheer side of a mountain in the High Tatras in Slovakia. <br /><br />The video, filmed on Friday, shows the helicopter flying into the valley to airlift the climber out. <br /><br />The filmer later wrote online: "It happened during rappeling form Volia tower, Mengusova valley in Slovakia High Tatras. <br /><br />"When we tried to pull the rope from last belay point, the end of the rope, released a loose rock of the size of the head and fell down on the girl's ankle." <br /><br />"Fortunately it didn't brake any bones but ... cut some superficial veins which caused quite strong bleeding," he continued. <br /><br />"[The] climber got first aid and was transported on the rope by helicopter to the airport, then moved to ambulance and sent to Poprad's hospital to get needed health care. <br /><br />"[The] second climber had to get all gear and go down to valley alone."
