Heartwarming footage has emerged from the US of a disabled puppy walking around, using his new wheelchair<br /><br />The video, shot earlier this month in Los Angeles, shows Spanky, a four-month-old Chorkie, using a makeshift cart that enables him to move around a lot easier. <br /><br />"I make and donate wheelchairs (carts) for disabled dogs and cats," the filmer later wrote online. <br /><br />"Sometimes the pet rehabilitates or out grows the cart making it available for a new pet."<br /><br />"This video discussed the adjustment of a pre-used cart for a new pet," he continued
