Super Typhoon Meranti brings very strong winds to Taiwan

Dramatic footage has emerged of very strong winds and rain in Kaohsiung, Taiwan after Super Typhoon Meranti made landfall. <br /><br />The footage, shot on Wednesday, shows the powerful gusts of wind blowing in between blocks of flats.
