Dramatic footage has emerged of clashes between civilians and riot police during a demonstration against the labour law instated by the French government this summer. <br /><br />The footage, shot on Thursday near Place de la Republique, Paris, France, shows riot police hitting protesters and journalists with their batons.<br /><br />According to reports, at least nine people were arrested during the march.
